Department: Sales Employee Transportation

Reporting to: Director Sales Location: Hyderabad

Job Overview:

Dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager with extensive experience in the travel industry, seeking to leverage proven skills in strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.

Passionate about delivering tailored travel solutions that meet diverse client needs while achieving organizational goals. Responsible for new business acquisition and relationship management with existing clients.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue.
  • Drive the sales of our employee transportation service offerings to potential clients, focusing on competitive pricing and business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, analyzing sales performance and market trends.
  • Oversee sales budgets, manage expenses, and optimize resource allocation.

New Business Development:

  • Research and Identify Target Corporates, ROI Calculations.
  • Create a targeted outreach plan, including cold calls, emails, and networking events
  • Signing of New Accounts (New Business Acquisition)
  • Negotiate to Acquire Profitable Deal
  • Contract Management (Ensure all relevant clauses are included)
  • Designing Solutions
  • Plan digital marketing initiatives for sustainable growth and client retention
  • Relationship Management and New client onboarding
  • Drive revenue enhancement and opportunity for margin expansion in existing accounts
  • Customer-wise profitability
  • Ensuring Timely Collections
  • Implement the Designed Solutions
  • Creating a Win Win Relationship

Profile Description:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation with 7-10 years of experience in Institutional Sales
  • Should have excellent presentation and communication skills.

Other Skills:

  • Domain Expertise
  • Customer Identification and knowledge / acquaintance with Key Decision Makers
  • Good Network base in Industry
  • Ability to Network closely with Local Operations Team.
  • Understanding of Operational Costs and Revenue Models / Customer wise Profitability.
