Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily content publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Design engaging posts, reels, and stories using Canva or similar tools.
• Write creative captions and social media copy aligned with the brand voice.
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and track performance.
• Optimize posts with basic SEO, hashtags, and keyword tagging.
• Identify and leverage trends, reels, and influencer collaborations.
• Assist with blog content creation, website content updates, and email campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Knowledge of content design tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital content optimization.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
• Passionate about brand building, trends, and social-first content.
• Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, or Buffer.
