Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
  
• Handling new employee joining formalities and documentation
  
• Maintaining employee master data and personal files
  
• Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
  
• Coordinating with various departments for manpower planning
  
• Managing attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
  
• Handling employee engagement activities and grievance redressal
  
• Supporting performance appraisal and exit formalities
  
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred)
  
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR domain
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
