Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and create knowledge base setups for domain-specific chatbots to enhance user interaction.
• Fine-tune prompts tailored to the specific nature and requirements of various chatbots.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding RAG-specific issues related to existing chatbots.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy chatbot solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of chatbot systems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI and DevOps practices.

Qualification:

• Proven development experience in Node.js and Python.
• Good knowledge of LLM (like Langchain), and a great understanding of RAG.
• Good understanding of Vector DB, Graph DB and MongoDB and its integration with applications.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
• Strong understanding of prompt finetuning using OpenAI.
• Familiarity with Dialogflow ES/CX and OpenShift is a plus.
