Role Summary:
To focus on enhancing customer experience, taking up initiatives to improve customer experience & manage end to end customer journey. Collaborate with different teams to work on digital projects, surveys.
Key Focus areas:
Conducting Market analysis
Getting insights from industry in terms of primary /secondary research
Product proposition study, understanding customer journeys, competitive analysis
Reviewing campaign performance, content streamlining
Team coordination, assisting team on operational aspect
Will be responsible for managing operational tasks
Meeting timelines
Qualifications:
Minimum graduate, good communication skills, experience in primary/ secondary research will be preferred

One Diagnostics has established its presence in West Bengal, Assam, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand and Chattisgarh through over 250 collection points. By end of 2018 we aim at having around 1000 collection points with the addition of two more excellence centres.
