Delivery Manager @ Zensar

Job Description

• A delivery manager with 14 + years of experience, who will drive building effective solutions for improving agent efficiency by transmitting a call to different channels in contact center space like voice Bot or chatbot or any other AI space, in this way AI based solutions will help agent to process the call faster.
• No location constraint with Hybrid working
• Strong delivery experience in Contact Center space - manage multiple deliveries, structured use of KPIs and Metrics, reporting, ensure delivery is on track and stick to timelines,
• Stakeholder management, vender management is a key ask as all these transmission modules are executed and delivered by vendors partners only, team management, conflict management.
• Good technical understanding of Contact Center space (such as IVR, CTI, CRM, chatbots, voice analytics, and omnichannel platforms) - preference to IVR tools like Nuance IVR and Nice CXOne1 agent processing scripting
