Experience: 10+ years in software solution delivery as a Business Analyst, Developer, or Techno-Functional Project Manager, with hands-on experience in at least two GenAI projects.About the Role:Were looking for a Project Manager who thrives in uncertainty and leads from the front. Someone whos excited about shaping AI-driven solutions, yet grounded enough to manage complexity, risk, and delivery with clarity.This role is for GenAI projects that are fast-paced, iterative, and driven by prompt design, business context, and user interaction. You will be a part of the GenAI project team, leading from within and not outside - validating GenAI outputs, managing discovery stage, planning PoCs as part of the project journey, engaging clients with confidence, and turning evolving challenges into structured delivery.What Youll Do:
- Drive end-to-end GenAI project delivery from idea framing to implementation.
- Convert unstructured asks into actionable plans, even when full details aren't available upfront.
- Lead discovery phases and PoCs as integral parts of the delivery journey.
- Collaborate with solution teams to design prompts, review outputs, validate responses, and translate fuzzy needs into real solutions.
- Engage with clients to explain the probabilistic nature of GenAI, manage expectations, and communicate risks clearly but optimistically.
- Help shape solution design by contributing to BRDs, user stories, and user journeys.
- Monitor key project indicators: output quality, latency, iteration cycles, and cost awareness.
- Identify blockers (access, scope drift, unclear behavior) early and remove them before they affect delivery.
- Own stakeholder engagement with structured updates, demos, and feedback loops that keep everyone aligned.
What You Bring:
- Solid experience in software solution delivery as a Business Analyst, Developer, or Techno-Functional Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience managing delivery where Discovery, PoCs, and Refinement are core to execution.
- Your knowledge of delivering GenAI projects from start to finish.
- Strong ability to work with emerging technologies, rapid iterations, and loosely defined scopes.
- Comfort with reviewing GenAI outputs and connecting them back to business goals and user needs.
- A functional mindset you understand the problem, participate in the solution design and validate it.
- Extensive experience in planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement for fixed time and fixed budget projects.
- Clarity in thought process and hence, communication.
- Provide solution to risks and not just raise them.
- Undeterred to bring structure, planning and control in fluid and evolving environments.
