Job Overview
We are looking for driven and detail-oriented CA freshers, semi-qualified CAs, or CA dropouts with hands-on knowledge in internal audit and statutory audit processes. This role is best suited for candidates passionate about understanding business controls, financial accuracy, and process improvements within the manufacturing sector and service sector.
You will be part of a dynamic audit team conducting financial audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks across business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk-based internal audits across departments to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses.
- Support statutory audit execution, including data preparation, ledger scrutiny, and compliance validation.
- Analyze financial statements, identify variances, and contribute to audit reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure adherence to Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and internal SOPs.
- Maintain structured working papers, audit documentation, and evidence trails for all engagements.
- Collaborate with teams in finance, plant operations, and compliance to drive process improvements.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly using Excel dashboards and PowerPoint summaries.
Who Should Apply
- Education:
- CA Fresher, CA Inter (Semi-Qualified), or CA Dropout
- Strong academic foundation in accounting, auditing, and corporate laws.
- Experience:
- 03 years of hands-on experience in internal/statutory audit.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector (plant audits, inventory reviews, cost controls, etc.)
- Preferred: Exposure to auto parts / engineering units.
- Previous audit accountancy experience with top 20 accounatcy firms would be a welcome addition.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel (X / VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic macros) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Tally, SAP, or other ERP tools.
- Working knowledge of IFC, risk assessment methodologies, and audit sampling.
- Soft Skills:
- Clear communication (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Professional attitude and ability to manage audits independently
