Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities:

* Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

* Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

* Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, and page navigation.

* Build user-friendly interfaces that are clean, modern, and easy to navigate.

* Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).

* Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.

* Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

* Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

* Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

* Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

* Illustrator and VB technologies added advantage.

* 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

* Any Bachelor's degree (BE or B.Tech preferred).

* Good knowledge and proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw.

* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and branding principles.

* Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.

* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

Bonus Skills:

* Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

* Experience with user research and usability testing.

* Familiarity with agile development processes.
