Job Description
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Product Designer with solid experience in Figma and end-to-end product design. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, capable of translating business requirements into functional design, and have prior experience designing for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create product designs from concept to high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Ensure consistency across UI elements and design updates (regression design).
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure feasibility and implementation accuracy.
- Conduct basic UX tasks aligned with global standards, particularly U.S. market expectations.
- Participate in Design QA to ensure delivery matches design specifications.
- Understand basic HTML/CSS to improve handoff and communication with frontend teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, variants, prototyping, and component management.
- Experience creating structured, scalable design systems.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS at a conceptual level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logo or brand identity design.
- familiarity with Material Design guidelines.
- Experience with design QA processes.
- Prior exposure to regression testing in UI/UX workflows.
