Job Description
Full stack Web Developer will be responsible for maintaining and developing our website, covering both frontend and backend tasks. Proficient in a variety of technologies and frameworks, with a particular emphasis on Laravel. Additionally, the professional will play a crucial role in mentoring and assisting freshers in the team.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack web development (frontend & backend).
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Extensive experience with backend technologies such as: Node.js, Express, PHP, Laravel, Ruby, or Java (optional).
- RESTful API design and integration.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Socket Programming: Experience with Web Sockets or similar real-time communication technologies.
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git & GitHub
- Solid understanding of web security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable websites and web applications.
- Develop both the frontend and backend of web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with an emphasis on performance and scalability.
- Manage, configure, and maintain server environments (e.g., Nodejs & Expresses). Ensure the security, performance, and stability of web servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues.
- Develop real-time applications using socket-based technologies (e.g. Web Sockets). Implement communication protocols between client and server for real-time functionality.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and code reviews to ensure quality standards. Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely delivery of features, while promoting best practices and continual improvement.
- Help junior developers troubleshoot and resolve issues, fostering a collaborative environment for learning.
