Job Description

    We are seeking a Proactive and Dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our recruitment operations within the Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, quick thinker with an extroverted personality and a positive, can-do attitude. You will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, managing a team of recruiters, building client relationships, and ensuring high-quality talent delivery. We're looking for someone who is committed to long-term stability and brings a high level of integrity and trustworthiness to the role.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals.
    2.  Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of client roles across NON IT Manufactuirng/ Engg  industries.
    3.  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
    4.  Develop and execute strategies for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
    5.  Stay updated on Recruitment  industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
    6.  Resolve challenges quickly and effectively using a problem-solving mindset
    7. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support growth initiatives.

     

     Key Requirements:

    •  Proven experience (7+ years) in recruitment or staffing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    •  
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
    •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills must be comfortable in client-facing roles.
    •  Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    •  Tech-savvy with familiarity in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM tools.
    •  A proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
    •  Committed to building a long-term career and fostering trust within the organization.
    •  Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
