- Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Manager with a strong background in. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and management of advanced tech products and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and internal operational requirements. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive seamless integration and support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Product Strategies: Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that address internal business challenges and enhance operational efficiency. Streamline Internal Operations: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps in existing processes and implement solutions that improve productivity and system performance. Coordinate Across Teams: Lead coordination efforts with IT, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of product solutions with internal workflows and objectives. Drive System Integration: Oversee the integration of new tools, applications, and technologies into existing infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Define Technical Requirements: Partner with development teams to create clear and actionable technical specifications for internal products and systems. Facilitate Implementation: Ensure the successful execution of product development cycles, from concept to deployment, by closely monitoring timelines, resources, and deliverables. Monitor and Optimize Performance: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement. Support Internal Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring internal stakeholders needs are met with scalable, maintainable solutions. Focus on Scalability and Maintainability: Drive initiatives to ensure product solutions are robust, sustainable, and capable of supporting future growth. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all internal products adhere to organizational standards, including security, compliance, and quality. Champion Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in IT, software, or technology domains. Proven track record of delivering successful IT or tech-based products. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and cloud technologies. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar. Knowledge of programming languages or technical concepts is a plus (e.g., APIs, databases, DevOps). Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.,
