As a Data Strategy professional at Capgemini Invent, you will be responsible for various key tasks. You should have over 8 years of experience in a Data Strategy role and hold a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field. Your role will involve creating data strategy frameworks and roadmaps, conducting data exploration, and profiling activities, as well as promoting data literacy among stakeholders. Additionally, you will be required to evaluate analytics and data maturity based on current frameworks, create functional requirements documents, and design enterprise data architectures. You should have a working knowledge of Data Strategy, Data Governance, and MDM, along with experience in identifying and prioritizing business use cases and important KPIs for CXOs. Furthermore, you will need to identify and recommend internal process improvements, automate manual processes, optimize data delivery, and assist in redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability. You will work closely with data and analytics experts to create frameworks for digital twins and digital threads while coordinating with cross-functional teams as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for global master data. In terms of technical skills, you should have experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka, relational SQL and NoSQL databases like Postgres, Cassandra, and MongoDB, as well as data pipeline and workflow management tools like Luigi and Airflow. It would be advantageous to have cloud skillsets in Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with various databases. Moreover, you should possess strong analytic skills related to unstructured datasets, the ability to manipulate and extract value from large datasets, knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and scalable big data stores. Project management, organizational skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment are also essential for this role.
