Profile: - Central Sales & Merchandising Manager (Offline Distribution)

Experience:- Min 2  Years

CTC:- Upto 10 LPA (Depend on the interview)

Location:- Sector 16A,  Noida





Key Responsibilities

 

• Sales Team Management

 

• Drive, guide, and monitor the on-ground city sales teams (10+ members) to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Create weekly review structures and performance dashboards for field teams.

 

• Modern Trade Management.

 

•  Build and maintain strong partnerships with modern trade retailers and chains.
• Lead sell-in and sell-out strategies, and optimize visibility across stores.
• Merchandising Strategy
• Ensure premium and consistent in-store visibility, branding, and planogram compliance across cities.
• Execute launch campaigns, displays, POSM (point of sale materials), and promotions at retail outlets.
• Product Launches
• Plan and execute seamless offline launches for new products smartwatches, TWS, wearables, accessories, and more.
• Sales Reporting & Analytics
• Create real-time sales and merchandising tracking reports.
• Identify gaps in market coverage and propose strategies to close them.
• Market Intelligence
• Capture competitive insights, customer preferences, and trends from the field to help shape sales strategies.

 

Who You Are

• 5 years of experience in offline sales, general trade, modern trade, or merchandising.
• Industry experience preferred in FMCG, Electronics, Wearables, Lifestyle, or Accessories sectors.
• High energy, creative thinker, strong execution skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle high-growth environments with agility and ownership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, sales reporting platforms.
• Willing to travel to markets when needed.
