Assess collated training needs to segregate them into current and future needs. Create regional strategy and action plan for training and development of the talent within the region. Assess and build the budget and resource requirement list to facilitate training and development action plan execution. Create content and conduct training on sales related topics Evaluate the sales process to provide feedback on gaps and suggest productivity improvements. Create sales related content by benchmarking with competition and observing gaps during field visits. Deliver sales training using varied learning methodologies. Conduct sales training orientation for new joiners. Ideate and scout for developmental activities beyond classroom training. Monitor and track training effectiveness to periodically enhance the quality of the same Build process and templates to track training effectiveness. Track and monitor training effectiveness and ROI. Resolve any specific problems that may arise as trends on training effectiveness. Share training effectiveness reports with relevant internal stakeholders.
