Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Regional Human Resources Business Partner. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management. The HR Business Partner will also work closely with regional managers to ensure that HR initiatives align with business goals and enhance the employee experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Talent Acquisition and overall Human Resources (HR) management Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling employee grievances Experience in Performance Management and employee development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field Experience in BFSI is an added advantage.,
