Location: Pune, India Experience: 8+ years Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through various techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and document reviews. Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and other documentation to clearly articulate business needs. Develop and maintain system requirements specifications and other relevant documentation. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Conduct requirements gathering workshops and facilitate discussions with stakeholders. Perform impact analysis of proposed changes and assess potential risks. Ensure that business requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain. Strong understanding of business process mapping and documentation techniques. Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Experience in creating user stories, use cases, and process flows. Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work 1 independently and as part of a team. 2 Desired Skills: 10-12+ years of experience in the banking industry. Experience in client life cycle journeys (onboarding, screening, KYC/CDD, offboarding). Experience with Visio or other diagramming tools for creating mock-ups and workflows. Technical understanding of software development concepts and technologies.,
