 Process Analyst- Dispute Management

Job Description

    We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to review and investigate dispute files daily and conduct internal audits. The role ensures all processes comply with client guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review daily dispute files in line with client SOPs and company guidelines.

    • Investigate disputes thoroughly and ensure accurate resolution.

    • Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

    • Ensure consumer-related accounts are managed correctly and follow all applicable rules.

    • Identify non-compliance issues and suggest corrective actions.

    • Maintain accurate records of investigations and audit findings.

    • Prepare and share detailed reports on findings and actions taken.


    Required Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

    • Basic understanding of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDCPA, GDPR) is a plus

    • Good communication skills to document and share findings

    • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 97% accuracy


    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

    • Open to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

    • Freshers are welcome to apply
