Assistant Billing Manager @ Gaurs

Job Description

• Assist in Cost Estimation
  
• Support the preparation of quantity and cost estimates for new and ongoing projects in coordination with the Planning Department.
  
• Material & Labor Reconciliation
  
• Maintain records and assist in the reconciliation of material and labor usage during and post project completion.
  
• Client Billing Support
  
• Prepare and submit running and final bills to clients as per contract terms and follow up for timely certifications.
  
• Subcontractor Billing
  
• Verify measurements, prepare and process subcontractor bills in coordination with site and technical teams.
  
• MIS & Data Management
  
• Capture all relevant expenses, billing, and receipts data in the system to assist in generating MIS reports and project P&L statements.
  
• Compliance with Systems & Procedures
  
• Ensure adherence to internal QS procedures and proper utilization of SAP/ERP systems for billing and documentation.
  
• Technical Documentation Review
  
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to support quantity verification and billing accuracy.
  
• Measurement & Billing Records
  
• Participate in joint measurement verifications and maintain accurate execution records as per contractual requirements.
  
• Extra & Deviated Items
  
• Identify deviations or extra items and assist in rate analysis and client communication for approvals.
  
• Receivables Tracking
  
• Monitor receivables and support preparation of regular statements for follow-up with clients.
  
• Documentation & Reporting
  
• Ensure timely and proper documentation of billing, certifications, and communication for internal and external audits.
  
• Client & Coordination Meetings
  
• Attend project review meetings with clients/consultants when required and document key takeaways.
