Role & responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process for high-volume roles, ensuring timely and efficient candidate flow.
- Utilize your sourcing expertise to identify and attract top talent from various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaborate with and manage vendor agencies, providing clear requirements and overseeing the quality of submitted candidates.
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process through vendors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies to tap into diverse talent pools.
- Effectively communicate with hiring managers and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on the hiring progress.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify suitable matches for technical roles.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for experience in recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate progress updates.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques using online platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidate skills and qualifications.
- Adaptable, self-driven, and a team player with a collaborative work style
