We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Customer Support team for a retail client. The ideal candidate should be proactive, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in active listening to understand customer queries and resolve them effectively.

• Confirm or clarify information as needed, and professionally handle irate or escalated calls.

• Record customer feedback and issues in the  ticketing tool as per process guidelines.

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product solutions.

• Respond to customer queries via email and chat as per  process.

• Follow up with potential customers regarding their inquiries or interests.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Undergraduate or Graduate from any recognized university.

Experience:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Language Proficiency:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
