Job Description

Below is the JD for VIP support engineer.

Graduation with fluency in English and good business communication skills.

Minimum of 5 - 8 years of overall work experience inclusive 4+ years of experience in BFSI desirable

Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues, often involving a deeper understanding of systems and applications.

SCCM, Citrix and Cloud basic knowledge required.

Adept at use of MS Office/0365

Windows Operating System Like Windows 10/11 and IOS

Hardware knowledge (Laptop/Desktop/Printer/Scanner/iPad)

Knowledge about Application security tools knowledge like Drive Encryption /Anti-Virus/Patch/ DLP/Cisco ISE

L1 level Network and security level troubleshooting

Knowledge for the VPN /Proxy/VDI

Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, including network, server, and application teams, to resolve cross-functional issues and improve IT services.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, processes, and procedures for end-users.
