Job Description

Design & Development of C&I Systems:
-
Design and develop Control and Instrumentation (C&I) systems for various projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and requirements.
-
Create detailed technical specifications for control systems, instrumentation, and automation projects.
-

Project Engineering Support:
-
Provide engineering support during the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, specifications, and quality standards.

Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless integration of C&I systems with other mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.

System Integration & Troubleshooting:
-
Oversee the integration of C&I systems into larger process systems, ensuring efficient operation.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to instrumentation, control systems, and automation.

Documentation & Compliance:
-
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design documents, reports, and technical drawings.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies during the design, installation, and commissioning of C&I systems.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
-
Work closely with other departments such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Coordinate with vendors and external suppliers to procure equipment and materials.

Quality Assurance & Testing:
-
Perform testing and commissioning of C&I systems to ensure they meet functional and safety requirements.

Implement quality control procedures and monitor the performance of C&I systems during commissioning and operational stages.

Education:
-
BE/B.Tech in Control & Instrumentation Engineering or a related field, with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution.

Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in engineering and design in a process industry.

Experience with Solid Waste Management projects is preferable.

Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in C&I design, control systems, and automation.
-
Experience with instrumentation and process control systems.
-
Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and other control systems.
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
