Company: Leading General Insurance Firm.

Role: Chief Manager - Finalization

Location: Mumbai (Corporate Office)

Qualification: CA Must.

Work Day: 5

Industry Preference: BFSI

 

Role:

1. Preparation of Standalone Financials, Cash Flow Statement, preferably in IRDAI format for GI companies

2. Review of Accounts (Variance analysis, ledger scrutiny), including Fixed Asset

3. Knowledge of Related Party reporting as per Ind AS and Companies Act

4. Reporting to Parent Company/external stakeholders

5. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Closing activities

6. Well-versed with Indian Accounting Standards

7. Knowledge of Ind AS will be an advantage
