Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets through partner channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner alignment and effective support.
Monitor partner performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.
Create and manage partner incentive programs to drive sales growth.
Conduct regular training and enablement sessions for channel partners.
Maintain accurate records of partner activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline management.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
