• Researching new markets potential business opportunities.
• Identifying potential clients and reaching out to them to pitch recruitment services. 
• Filter company lists for empanelment and run searches for appropriate contact persons.
• Developing creative strategies to maximize relationships with clients.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business. .
• Creating a detailed plan for prospecting and generating leads through various channels.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant materials for business meetings.
• Understanding industry trends and client needs to tailor recruitment strategies. 

Applicant Requirements:

• Available for remote location (work from home) internship opportunity.
• Ready to spend 3-4 hours daily.
• Should have Laptop, Internet Connection and Mobile.
• Have relevant skills and interests
