Technical Consultant Metallurgy

(10 year Minimum Experience in Aluminium alloy manufacturing)

About Co : A leading industrial conglomerate in Saudi Arabia, is establishing a state-of-the-art Aluminum Alloy and Extrusion Profile Manufacturing Factory. We seek an exceptional Technical Consultant to drive our hidden_mobile tons/month facility from inception to production

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design optimized plant layouts, civil foundations, and electrical systems
• Oversee installation and commissioning of melting furnaces and extrusion equipment
• Establish SOPs for furnace operations, dross processing, degassing, and casting
• Develop quality control systems and laboratory testing protocols
• Implement air pollution control and waste management solutions
• Oversee production of premium alloys (ADC12, 6061, 6063, LM4, LM6, LM25, A7)
• Integrate IoT, automation, and AI-driven analytics for smart manufacturing

Requirements:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/Diploma in Metallurgy or related field
• 10+ years in aluminum manufacturing (alloy production and extrusion)
• Expertise in melting, refining, casting, and extrusion technologies
• Experience setting up or optimizing aluminum manufacturing facilities
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques and digital integration
• Proven ability to build and lead technical teams
• Track record of implementing cost-control measures
• Experience with environmental compliance in manufacturing

 

• Competitive compensation package, above 2 lac INR per month (12000 - 15000 SAR)
• 1^st 3 month will work in their India office. Salary will be negotiable during India job.
