Role & responsibilities:
International Sales:
Review and evaluate applications for admission, making decisions on the eligibility of prospective students based on established criteria.
Provide guidance and assistance to prospective students in securing financial aid and scholarships.
Communicate with prospective students throughout the enrolment process, providing updates on their application status, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of financial aid and scholarship opportunities
Experience in higher education or a related field is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
