Job Description
Your Role:
As our Technology Project Manager, you'll be the essential link between various teams that make our brokerage run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Liaison - Connect our tech team with broking operations and compliance departments. Help translate complex market requirements into clear directives that allow our developers to focus on what they do best.
- Vendor Management - Oversee our technology infrastructure and data vendors. Ensure they meet service level agreements and keep costs within budget.
- Feature Development - Collaborate with our sales team to build and prioritize the product development roadmap based on user needs and market opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of technology project management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted technologies, Go, and NodeJS
- Knowledge of the stock broking industry is beneficial but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
