Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Work Experience: 0 to 3 years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field, MBA (HR) preferred
Work responsibilities would include:
Recruitment (70%)
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and policies to support the organization's growth objectives.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in recruitment and selection.
Other HR Activities (30%)
- Plan and organize company-wide events, team-building activities, and workshops to promote a positive work culture.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a supportive work culture.
- Manage the employee offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate culture and values.
