Job Description:
We are the exclusive regional distributor for a range of industrial equipment such as lifts, diesel generators, stabilizers, construction & material handling equipment (forklifts, Electric Stacker, hydra cranes, Etc.). We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our client base in the assigned territory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Visit industrial zones, construction companies, warehouses, and factories to generate leads.
- Promote and market our equipment portfolio to potential clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal technical and logistics teams for order execution.
- Provide product presentations and on-site client meetings.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 year of experience in field sales or industrial B2B marketing.
- Background in selling capital equipment, machinery, or similar products preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Age between 30 to 40 years.
- East Africa working experience is preferable.
Perks and Benefits:
- Net Salary ranging from USD 1,000 to USD 1,300 excluding other perks, Air ticket, accommodation, gas, water, transport, cook, local Salary etc. according to merit & experience of candidate.
- Joining period 15 to 30 days from final confirmation.
