Job Description
Job Summary:
Airport Ground Staff are responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of airport services before, during, and after flights. They play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service, assisting passengers, and coordinating logistics and operations on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim.
- Verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and checking in luggage.
- Providing information about flight schedules, delays, and gate changes.
- Handling special assistance requests (elderly, children, passengers with reduced mobility).
- Coordinating with cabin crew, security, and baggage handling teams.
- Addressing passenger queries and resolving issues such as lost luggage or missed connections.
- Ensuring compliance with airport security regulations and airline protocols.
- Monitoring and directing airport ground operations during arrivals and departures.
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in English & local language(other languages are a plus).
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods or handle baggage when needed.
