Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :-

• Facebook & Instagram Advertising:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid Facebook & instagram ad campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics and report regularly
• Scale campaigns based on ROI and key goals
• Social Media & Content Support:
• Collaborate on content ideas that align with brand tone
• Support in creating and scheduling engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Help shape the overall social media strategy for growth and engagement
• Digital Strategy:
• Contribute to campaign planning, product launches, and seasonal promotions
• Identify trends and opportunities in the digital space
• Suggest creative strategies to enhance our online presence
• Lead Generation & Outreach:
• Build and manage a database of potential clients, especially interior designers and architects
• Create and send outreach emails and DMs
• Help nurture B2B relationships and explore collaboration opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 - 6 years of hands-on experience with digital marketing in a consumer brand (home decor or E-Commerce brand is a plus)
• Strong proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager (Google Ads knowledge is a plus)
• Someone with an optimistic nature who is enthusiastic about growing the brand
• A genuine interest in social media trends, creative campaigns, and visual branding
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and able to take ownership of tasks
• Bonus: Experience working with interior/home decor brands or audiences
