Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Onsite (Kondapur)

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Shift: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place bench candidates (H1B, GC, USC, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, OPT, CPT) with clients and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Proactively reach out via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and vendor lists to place consultants.
• Negotiate rates and terms with clients and vendors.
• Work closely with consultants to understand their skills, availability, and preferences.
• Submit qualified resumes, follow up for interviews, and close positions.
• Maintain a pipeline of consultants and generate new leads and business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
• Excellent understanding of IT technologies (Java, .net, QA, BA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
• Good knowledge of US work authorisations and visa types.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with ATS and CRM tools.
• Proven track record of bench sales closures and revenue generation.
• Ability to multitask and work independently under tight deadlines.
