Location- Ahmedabad
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for leading the creation and management of Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram ad campaigns to enhance the online presence of clients' businesses effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create audience strategies based on detailed targeting, lookalike audiences, and first-party data integration.
- Develop engaging ad copy and work with creative teams to deliver high-converting visuals and videos.
- Manage and track campaign performance across all platforms with a focus on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align on campaign objectives and results.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to optimize performance.
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking setups using Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Provide clear weekly/monthly reporting and performance insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising policies, features, and platform trends.
Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of professional experience in managing performance campaigns of Facebook
- A self-starter and results-oriented, with an ability to be detail oriented without losing track of the big picture
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complexity into creative, intuitive campaigns
- Expert understanding of leading mobile & web analytics tools, marketing automation software & advertising technology in general
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
