A key personal assistant skill is respecting work ethics by maintaining privacy and integrity between administrative duties
Act as the first point of contact for internal and client communications.
Plan and maintain the managers calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organize and set agendas and action points for all their meetings.
Act as follow-up Manager across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.
Taking meeting minutes
Draft, review and send correspondence, emails and communications for the managers.
Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs.
Attention to detail in managing schedules, proofreading documents, and ensuring accuracy in all tasks undertaken
Maintaining databases and filing systems.
Support the manager in tracking project milestones, deliverables and deadlines for the product team.
Skills Required:
Prior experience in a personal assistant, executive secretary, or office manager role
Ability to follow established processes
Ability to think critically and find effective solutions
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Should be a postgraduate Excellent written and verbal communications. Share this open position
