Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
Perform keyword research to identify high-traffic keywords and optimize content around those terms.
On-page SEO: Optimize website content, structure, and internal linking to improve search engine visibility.
Off-page SEO: Develop link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and overall ranking.
Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other relevant platforms.
Conduct regular SEO audits and implement changes to ensure continued optimization and performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO is integrated into all aspects of the website and marketing efforts.
Track and report on key SEO metrics, including keyword rankings, traffic growth, conversion rates, and ROI.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to align SEO efforts with other marketing channels like PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Provide recommendations for content development, UX/UI optimization, and website improvements to enhance user experience and SEO results.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Manager role (2+ years).
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Journalism or a related field.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development processes as they relate to SEO.
Experience with website CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple SEO projects at once.
