Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Perform keyword research to identify high-traffic keywords and optimize content around those terms.
  • On-page SEO: Optimize website content, structure, and internal linking to improve search engine visibility.
  • Off-page SEO: Develop link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and overall ranking.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and implement changes to ensure continued optimization and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO is integrated into all aspects of the website and marketing efforts.
  • Track and report on key SEO metrics, including keyword rankings, traffic growth, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align SEO efforts with other marketing channels like PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Provide recommendations for content development, UX/UI optimization, and website improvements to enhance user experience and SEO results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Manager role (2+ years).
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Journalism or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development processes as they relate to SEO.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple SEO projects at once.
  • A results-driven, strategic thinker who is passionate about driving organic growth.
