About the role:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful HR Recruiter to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and connecting the right people to the right opportunities. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in building our team by sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent across various roles.
What You Need for this Position:
  • A Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency-based.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Identify and attract potential candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates suitability for roles.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships by providing a positive hiring experience.
  • Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Promote job openings and employer branding to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Manage recruitment timelines and keep stakeholders informed at every step.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed.
  • Conduct research on talent trends, competitor hiring strategies, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate regular reports for management.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
