Position: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

On boarding & Pricing Revision:

  • Sign-Up Form Review: Receive and review sign-up forms (MIQ/MAF). Verify all parameters, including merchant basic details, commercial terms, and category. Approve or request updated information if necessary.
  • Account Creation: Create the account/ACCOUNT/ RID upon proper verification and communicate with internal teams (Merchant Underwriting, Merchant Operation, Alliance Support, Accounts, Commercial Options Group) for pricing and further processing instructions.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update entries in the master Excel file format for reference and data integrity.
  • Activation Coordination: Share details with the Net Banking team for major NB activations and provide the subvention merchant list to the Commercial Options Group team.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

  • Credential Sharing: Ensure timely sharing of credentials within TAT.
  • Merchant Underwriting Team: Coordinate for ACCOUNT/ RID approval and activation, category confirmation (MCC Code), international card activation, and multi-currency activation.
  • Merchant Operation Team: Update and revise commercial terms, bank details configuration (Audit - Yes), major bank activations, card configurations (Aggregator or MSP & MID), international card activation, and multi-currency activation.
  • Alliance Support Team: Share credentials, reset passwords, provide dashboard training, generate reports, and conduct test transactions.
  • Accounts Team: Handle pay-outs and miscellaneous charges (credit/debit).
  • Commercial Options Group Team: Share subverted merchant details and monthly reports for recovering purpose.

Coordination with Banking Teams:

  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with Bank RMs and call for new leads.
  • Reporting: Share monthly reports on the number of registered, activated, transacting, and non-transacting merchants both overall and RM-wise.
  • Business Development: Engage in calls for new business opportunities, escalate issues, resolve problems, and track lead progress from registration to activation and transaction.

Coordination with CCAvenue Sales RM:

  • Input Sharing: Provide input on bank-wise registration trends (up/down) and address issues with lead reception from existing Bank RMs.
  • Reporting: Share merchant-wise reports detailing business status (up/down/new/stop).

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bcom, BA, BSC, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresher or Minimum of 2 years in sales coordination or a related role.

Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
