Job Details:
- Position: Medical Proofreader for Radiology Reports (FMG Graduates)
- Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Salary: 25,000 to 40,000 INR per month (based on skills, experience & capacity)
- Working Hours: 9 hours daily, 6 days per week (Flexible shifts available)
- Equipment: Candidates must have their own laptop and stable internet connectivity
Role Overview:
We are hiring medical proofreaders, specifically Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) from Russia, Ukraine, and similar institutions. Candidates currently pursuing medical internships or seeking internships to complete their MBBS degrees in India are strongly encouraged to apply.
Please note: This position is a job opportunity only; we do not provide medical internships. The primary responsibility involves proofreading radiology reports to identify errors, omissions, and inconsistencies. Comprehensive training will be provided on formatting and finalizing medical reports according to client standards using automated tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and proofread approximately 150 radiology reports daily, following initial evaluation by radiologists.
- Efficiently correct grammatical, typographical, formatting, and language-related errors using automated tools.
- Identify and rectify inconsistencies or omissions in radiology findings.
- Finalize and format radiology reports to align with client-specific guidelines.
- Ensure each finalized report meets stringent quality standards before dispatch.
- Promptly communicate significant discrepancies or queries with radiologists and supervisors.
- Maintain adherence to defined turnaround times and achieve consistently high accuracy and productivity.
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from medical colleges in Russia, Ukraine, or other international medical institutions.
- Candidates awaiting FMGE clearance, currently interning, or planning to intern at Indian hospitals to complete their MBBS degrees.
- Strong proficiency with computer systems and applications.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent English proficiency, including familiarity with medical terminology.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail in proofreading and formatting medical documentation.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify discrepancies or omissions.
- High degree of punctuality, reliability, commitment, and consistent regularity in attendance.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with sustained concentration and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with remote teams.
