Job Description

• Organize and attend board meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including filings with stock exchanges, regulatory authorities, and corporate governance codes.

• Support the board in its functions, including assisting with the induction and training of directors, facilitating communication between directors, and maintaining board records.

• Manage communication with shareholders, including organizing annual general meetings, preparing meeting materials, and responding to shareholder queries.

• Facilitate the process of shareholder voting and ensure compliance with voting regulations. Review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings as required by law.
