• Job Location: Ahmedabad
• Working Days: - Monday to Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Source and screen potential candidates from various platforms (e.g. social media, job portals, employee referrals)
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Perform reference checks as need
• Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process, documentation
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
