About the Role:

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in IT recruitment and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. This is a high-impact position where youll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for tech roles across Java, .NET, Cloud, Infra, and emerging technologies. If you're a go-getter with a passion for hiring top tech talent we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Source top-tier IT talent using Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
Manage full-cycle recruitment from screening to offer roll-out and onboarding
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Ensure high-quality candidate experience through timely updates and feedback
Maintain ATS and prepare reports (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.)
Stay updated with tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market movements

Must-Have Skills:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment
• C2H hiring experience is mandatory
• Strong exposure to Java/.NET/Infra/Cloud hiring
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRMs
