Job Description

  • Cleartrip Private Limited is looking for Executive - Customer Care to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • As an Executive in the Customer Care department, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
  • You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing information about products or services, handling concerns, and facilitating solutions to problems
  • Your role will involve effective communication with customers via various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
  • Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions
  • Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, aiming to achieve complete customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management for resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their concerns have been addressed and resolved satisfactorily
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales or Technical Support, to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify and report trends in customer inquiries or complaints to management for improvement
  • Uphold company values and customer service standards in all interactions with customers
