Role: Program Manager New Product Introduction (NPI)

About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within the Software & Services portfolio. Youll manage cross-functional teams across IT, Engineering, and Business to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions on time.

What Youll Do:

• Lead end-to-end NPI programs from planning to launch.
  
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, IT, and Business teams.
  
• Manage release planning and execution across platforms like SAP & Salesforce.
  
• Review business and solution designs with functional experts.
  
• Document use cases, process flows, and functional diagrams.
  
• Drive delivery with development teams, managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  
• Facilitate SIT, UAT, and deployments to ensure smooth launches.
  
• Create and maintain high-level project plans and deliverables.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Masters degree (or equivalent) in Info Systems, CS, or Business
  
• 5+ years in Project/Program Management (software/IT focus)
  
• Strong experience in software services licensing, entitlement, fulfillment, upgrades
  
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP ERP
  
• Cross-functional leadership and multi-system integration experience
  
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with entitlement systems and subscription billing (SAP RAR, BRIM, Zuora)
  
• Familiarity with middleware (MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO)
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (SFDC, AWS, Azure)
  
• Knowledge of order mgmt, revenue recognition, sales master data
  
• A proactive attitude and flexibility to go beyond core role
