• Candidates must have experience in the US Voice process and customer handling
• Candidates should have experience in inbound calls
• Excellent oral & written communication. (American Accent Preferably )
• Willing to work for rotational shifts including occasional weekend support
• Candidates should have experience in the troubleshooting process.
• An in-depth understanding of the software product offered to customers
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills
• Should be willing to work on rotational shifts including weekend support
