Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Delivery Management for one of the key software business unit at Espire Infolabs. In this role as a BU Head, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations for this business unit. The incumbent will be a core member in the leadership team of Espire Infolabs and will decide way forward to achieve strategic vision, growth and y-o-y revenue targets in alignment with the organizational goals while steering the organization through the complexities of the professional services landscapes, fostering growth and building lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software delivery management, with a proven track record of managing complex delivery processes, preferably in an Indian SI company to provide services in Logistics and Customer Communication Management for clients across EMEA.

Preferred candidate profile
- A Computer Science graduate/ postgraduate with a proven experience of 20+ years in the IT services industry and 10+ years in software project delivery management/ leadership roles, managing teams of around 500 people.
- Experience of managing software deliveries for UK and EMEA customers, with Services and Technology experience in areas such as Custom Application, Warehouse management, CCM, using technologies like .Net, Java, Quadient etc.
- Exposure to commercial models fixed price, T&M, Outcome based.
- Experience of end-to-end supply chain management.
- Should be willing to work in UK shift ( 1pm to 10 pm IST)
- Excellent leadership skills, and collaboration skills.
- Must be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent problem-solving ability and exceptional decision-making skills.
- Expertise in software development methodologies, cloud technologies and data management.
- Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations related to software services.
- Must be from IT company providing services to UK based clients for services of projects , managed services around service lines and technologies like Espire
- Must be from Delhi/ NCR and open to work from office on all working days
