Job Description

Experience Required: 1- 4 years Job Description:  Responsible to be a Single point of contact (SPOC) to the clients.  Responsible for the entire relationship with a customer, from the point that it is handed over from the sales team  Assist sales teams in product presentations.  Candidate  is responsible for relationship management with the client to deliver on current requirements and develop new opportunities  Candidate should proactively address issues that are escalated from the customer or the sales team and see through to resolution & Escalate where necessary to the Head of Operations.  Candidate should work towards bedding in the account to ensure that all services are delivered that were originally agreed within the scope.
