Job Description

Position: Direct Marketing Analyst

Location: Remote

Professional Capabilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with a focus on generating leads for IT sales.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure hardware, software, storage
  • Competent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of complex B2B sales/ buying process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential leads over the phone.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Familiarity with telesales techniques and strategies, including cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and other sales software to manage leads and track progress.
  • Knowledge of the product or service being offered and the ability to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential leads.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of outbound calls and manage follow-up activities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets and quotas.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Strong objection handling and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and objections effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales metrics and performance indicators to track and report on lead generation activities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications, such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM software.
  • Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during the lead generation process.
  • Master in Phone Prospecting to arrange meetings with prospects/ customers

  • You are responsible for identifying and generating meetings for TRT Business Development Managers (BDM) with prospective clients to present TRT service offerings.

Key Deliverables:

You are responsible to deliver the following:

- Compliance with TRT Policies and adherence to the prospecting call flow

- Prospecting Activity

On a weekly basis, You are required to achieve each of the following Key Performance Indicators:

  • New Business Meetings
  • Successful Calls
  • Total Calls

- Goals are set depending on the region the you are assigned

- Internal Meetings

You are required to make all of these meetings to assist with developing of further business.

  • Attend Weekly Sales Meetings (Monday)
  • Attend Weekly 1 on 1 meeting with the DMATL to discuss new business opportunities

- Data Integrity NetSuite

You are required to maintain full accuracy of the NetSuite records.

  • 100% accuracy in all contact information
  • Full accuracy of all scheduled prospecting and sales activity
